We provide ongoing training & development
Central Goldfields supports ongoing learning and professional development for all employees and teams. Commencing with onboarding reading and e-learning compliance modules, people have access to structured learning that includes general work skills, technical training, leadership & management, and specific local government custom seminars. We also have a commitment to building organisational capability in the things we stand for Gender Equity (no to violence); Reconciliation and Child Safety.
As a small rural Council, there are oodles of on the job learning opportunities, and we also support employees to gain further qualifications by providing paid and unpaid study leave.
