- Casual Cleaning Officer - Weekend Position
- Two Positions Available
- Based at Maryborough, Victoria
- Classified Band 2 $34.92 per hour / plus 25% casual loading plus 25% special engagement
(The additional 25 per cent for Special Engagement is provided in lieu of the Span of Ordinary Hours being Monday to Sunday (inclusive), provided the ordinary working hours will not exceed 152 ordinary hours in a consecutive four-week period)

Making a difference
As a Casual Cleaning Officer, you will help create clean, safe and welcoming spaces that our community uses every day. From public amenities and community facilities to libraries and office buildings, your work will directly contribute to the presentation, functionality and safety of Council assets. By ensuring facilities are maintained to a high standard, you will help enhance the experience of residents, visitors and staff
Our ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate will be a reliable and self-motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe and welcoming facilities for the community. You will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a commitment to following safe work practices. The successful applicant will be physically capable of undertaking cleaning duties, demonstrate good communication skills, and be flexible in meeting changing operational requirements. Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
