Who We're Looking For
You'll bring proven experience as a chair of a board or board committee, plus expertise in at least two of the following areas:
- Contemporary public sector governance and management
- Financial management and strong financial literacy
- Strategic risk management
- IT and cyber security
About the Committee
The Audit and Risk Committee is a formally appointed advisory body comprising five members: the
Independent Chair, two additional independent members, and two Councillors. The Committee provides
advice and recommendations to Council, guided by its Charter.
