Lead the way in shaping Central Goldfields as a vibrant, creative region with a rich cultural heritage and an exciting future. In this key leadership role, you'll drive tourism, economic development, events, arts, and cultural initiatives that make our Shire a great place to live, visit, and work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving major strategies and initiatives, including the Tourism & Economic Development Strategy,
• Building a skilled, diverse workforce and supporting local businesses and industries
• Overseeing cultural precinct projects such as the Maryborough Station Creative Hub
• Leading teams across Tourism & Economy, Gallery, and Events & Volunteer Development
• Securing partnerships, sponsorships, and external funding to deliver innovative programs
• Representing Council in regional, state, and community forums
