About the role

A great job in a fantastic place! Working in a small in-house team and in partnership with external providers, you will help drive a structured IT managed service, emphasising customer needs and experience, service quality, and continual improvement.

You are a skilled IT professional with substantial experience in supporting technical operations, system administration, security, and end-user support to maintain operational continuity and service excellence.

Experience managing M365 and Azure Cloud Infrastructure would be an advantage.
