About the role
Central Goldfields Shire Council's Project Services and Asset Management team is seeking highly motivated and dynamic Project Officer to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting a diverse portfolio of major projects funded through grant funding and the Council's own budget.
As Project Officer, you will assist in the preparation, planning and co-ordination of the development of major projects and ensure they are delivered within agreed time, scope, and budget; and that project milestones and deliverables are met. In this role you will be provided with the opportunity to access flexible working arrangements which support a hybrid working environment.
Your experience in the preparation of procurement documentation and the administration of contracts will be well regarded, and your ability to be agile in the practical application of a range of project management methodologies is essential.
