About the Role
The role of Assistant Coordinator Goldfields Children's Centre offers the opportunity to join the dedicated leaders in Central Goldfields making a positive difference for local children and families.
This Assistant Coordinator will support the Centre Coordinator by leading compliance, rostering, quality systems and practice across the Centre.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A Degree or Diploma in a discipline related to early years services with a minimum of 3 years of subsequent relevant experience in a 2IC or Director role.
- Demonstrated experience implementing systems, policies and procedures for quality and compliance in a complex regulatory environment.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills to build staff and service capacity.
- Demonstrated experience using childcare management software systems (Centre currently uses Explore).
- High level interpersonal and professional skills to support and enable a constructive team culture.
