We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Educator to join our team. Our established 67 place centre is conveniently located in the centre of Maryborough, where we are part of an integrated Centre which also offers kindergarten, Maternal and Child Health and Immunisation services.
About the role
Working alongside the other educators at the Goldfields Children's Centre, you will work within the scope of the Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards to deliver high quality education and care to all children enrolled in our service. Early Childhood Educators support the day to day running of the room and assist the lead educator in planning and implementing rich early learning programs.
We are looking for:
- Certificate three qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Understanding of the value and benefits of play based, child led education programs with meaningful transitions
- Available to work a rotating roster between 6.30 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
- Current Working With Children's Check.
- Current First Aid certificates.
- Commitment to upholding the Child Safe Standards.
