About the role

Council is responsible for providing and maintaining a wide range of assets that support the Council vision of a vibrant, thriving, inclusive community and ensures the long term financial sustainability of the Shire.

Reporting to the Manager Infrastructure, the Project and Assets Engineer is responsible for the delivery of engineering services, as part of the Infrastructure team. This role will work across asset management and project delivery and will be charged with ensuring Council's asset data is up to date and managing the delivery of roads, drainage, and related capital projects.

You will work closely with the Coordinator Strategic Asset Management as well as a team of Project Officers and operational staff.

As a local government employee, you are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid19 or provide a valid medical exemption.
