About the role

Central Goldfields Council undertakes a wide range of maintenance and construction activities in the area of roads and works. This includes maintenance and construction of sealed and unsealed roads, Kerb and channel, drainage, footpaths and more.

This vacancy is one of two Team Leader roles within the team and has a number of outdoor staff and operators as direct reports, and oversees the day-to-day works planning and supervision of works sites. You would be responsible for the coordination of works and assigning applicable resources, including equipment and staff to ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
