About the role

Goldfields Kindergarten is seeking a casual Kindergarten Teacher to join the team located at the Goldfields Family Centre.

You will be an essential member of the Early Learning team and will work in partnership with fellow educators, families and within a supportive team to enrich children so they can reach their full potential and confidently step into their future. You will be providing high-quality education by incorporating the Early Years Learning Frameworks within an integrated curriculum for 3 and 4-year-old children.

The Kindergarten Teacher will require a strong commitment to pedagogical excellence and innovation in the Early Childhood field.

The educational programs implemented are required to be in accordance with the National and Victorian Framework Guidelines, providing for the physical, emotional, developmental, and social needs of all children. In addition, you will contribute to the maintenance of an effective, efficient, quality learning and care service which provides a safe, secure environment, and meets the needs of our local community. You will be required to have a current Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration, relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in the education and supervision of kindergarten children. Current First Aid Level 2, CPR and Anaphylaxis certifications are also required. A current Working with Children Check and satisfactory Police Record Check are essential for this position.
