We provide ongoing training & development
As well as providing structured on the job training, we also allow staff regular time off to study externally through our partnership relationship with education facilities. These courses are fully sponsored by our business so our team are not required to pay anything in order to further their education.

Previous Local Government Employment - Transfer of Benefits
Superannuation, Long Service Leave entitlements and up to 20 days Sick Leave may be transferred between Council's in Victoria. Annual Leave is paid out on termination.
Central Goldfields Shire Enterprise Agreement
The Central Goldfields Shire Council Enterprise Agreement provides for wage and salary increases. The Agreement contains standard industry provisions and commitments to consultation on workplace change.
