3. KSC 2:
Demonstrated knowledge of bushfire behaviour and fire management practises and the ability to apply this knowledge in a range of situations across the shire

4. KSC 3:
Highly developed conceptual skills and well developed team and networking skills.

5. KSC 4:
Experience in delivery of fire prevention, law enforcement, and/or similar services.

6. KSC 5:
An ability to work with all levels of the community, Council, State and Federal Government and service organisations to develop collaborative solutions to issues and opportunities.

7. KSC 6:
Demonstrated ability to research and analysis a variety of issues and prepare of high quality reports, briefing papers and submissions.

8. KSC 7:
Demonstrated experience in project management of community programs and activities, specifically in the planning, implementation and evaluation stages.

9. KSC 8:
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence.

10. Availability:
